KNOW-HOW & WORKSHOPS
Japan is not a style choice but a story. When American manufacturers abandoned their shuttle looms in the 1970s (too slow, not profitable enough), Japanese weavers bought them, studied them, and perfected them.
50 years later, the best selvedge denim in the world is found in Japan.
The Niche. workshops were selected within this tradition. For their long-standing craftsmanship, their uncompromising finish, and their refusal, like us, to sacrifice material for profit.
Maintenance
The natural fades of raw denim are unique to each wearer. It is their signature.
- Do not wash: in case of a stain, clean with a damp sponge. Air out the garment.
- Do not iron or put in the dryer
- If washing is necessary: dry clean only
